Bollywood KIng Khan Movie Don 2 Gets a December Release Date

The king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, who made the 2006 franchise a worldwide craze, is coming back a couple of days before Christmas this year as Don 2 has received a green signal for release and quite expectedly the release has been scheduled  on 23rd of December. Excel Entertainment’s “Don 2″ is one of the most awaited films this year and realizing all its hype the filmmakers are taking no chance at all, making sure Don 2 gets released in both 2D and 3D formats at the same time to generate maximum revenue.
Shah Rukh will reportedly add some fresh entries to the don dictionary which already has epic lines such as:
“Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahin, namumkin hai.”
Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the producers of Don 2, have come up with an innovative idea to excite audience using ‘Don’ centric dialogues. Clarifying further Ritesh said:
“When Farhan was shooting for the film, he suggested we should take some ‘Don-isms’ to the audience before the release, because of the popularity of the film’s one-liners. Every kid and adult knows, “Don ko pakadna…” and those smart Alec dialogues from the first part. This time, Farhan has written some zany, witty lines that convey Don’s attitude and style, that can very well become part of everyday lingo.”
Director Farhan adds:
”Don is an iconic character whose popularity has sustained through time. Apart from his flamboyance and charisma, he is known to have a razor-sharp tongue. I felt it would be interesting to give audiences a glimpse of his philosophy and wit.”
Don will give audience a new quote which will be released through all media – print, radio, TV, internet, and mobile platforms. Ritesh adds:
“The audiences can see it on video format or hear it as an audio-visual clip in the voice of the Don himself.”
